Key Responsibilities

- Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to evaluate HR strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in People Analytics or Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in relevant fields
- Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R, or Power BI
- Experience in implementing large, cross-functional programs or processes
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
