Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify analytics needs related to the employee lifecycle
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance employee lifecycle programs
• Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to evaluate HR strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in People Analytics or Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in relevant fields
• Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R, or Power BI
• Experience in implementing large, cross-functional programs or processes
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
