Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter specializing in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for various roles including Physicians and APRNs
• Source, screen, and recommend candidates while maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers
• Promote the company as an employer of choice and attend career fairs to attract potential candidates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of experience in recruitment functions required; seven years preferred
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Word and Excel
• HR or recruiting certifications preferred
• Ability to negotiate and present information effectively
