Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees
  • Oversee the implementation of new payroll systems and onboarding of new companies
  • Coordinate benefits administration and respond to state unemployment and tax accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • At least 8 years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing multi-state payrolls
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws
  • Ability to effectively manage changes and support impacted areas of the business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
