A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees
- Oversee the implementation of new payroll systems and onboarding of new companies
- Coordinate benefits administration and respond to state unemployment and tax accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 8 years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing multi-state payrolls
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with relevant laws
- Ability to effectively manage changes and support impacted areas of the business
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
