Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate wellness events
- Maintain HR records, assist with compliance reporting, and manage employee surveys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or related role
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a fully remote setting is preferred
