Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator (fully remote).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records, assist with compliance reporting, and manage employee surveys
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or related role
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a fully remote setting is preferred
