Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Publicize job postings and proactively source candidates through various platforms
- Conduct interviews, present qualified candidates, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing agency
- Technical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, and HRIS technologies preferred
- Proven ability to source and interview candidates using various recruitment resources
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven performance environment
