A company is looking for an HR Generalist to partner with the Director of HR to enhance systems and foster a values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide performance management processes and facilitate timely reviews
- Administer employee engagement surveys and support cultural events
- Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance and manage employee relations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or management role
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Tech companies with 150+ employees
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent education/experience
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS/Payroll and ATS systems
- Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
