A company is looking for a Part Time Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations into complaints related to Title IX, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigation activities and findings
- Draft detailed investigation reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience conducting investigations related to discrimination and harassment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with a diverse workforce
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Ability to manage cases and maintain confidentiality
