Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global ethical culture strategy, promoting integrity through engaging programs
• Pioneer compliance approaches using AI, data, and analytics to enhance decision-making
• Create and deliver innovative enablement and communication programs across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in-house at a global company
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (business, compliance, law, etc.)
• Experience in compliance program management in core business conduct areas
• Recognized compliance certification (CCEP or similar) preferred
• Demonstrated creativity in designing training and communications
