Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intern and co-op program recruitment end to end for the US business
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate assessments, ensuring compliant post-assessment record retention
  • Partner with HR Operations Hub team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer activities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and standard business integrity principles
  • Action-oriented with the ability to initiate appropriate resources and tools for HR processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance with campus timelines
  • Working knowledge of WorkDay or a comparable applicant tracking system
