A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intern and co-op program recruitment end to end for the US business
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate assessments, ensuring compliant post-assessment record retention
- Partner with HR Operations Hub team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Solid knowledge of employment law and standard business integrity principles
- Action-oriented with the ability to initiate appropriate resources and tools for HR processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure compliance with campus timelines
- Working knowledge of WorkDay or a comparable applicant tracking system
