Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR information systems, specifically ADP
- Experience with high-volume remote contingent workforce
- Proven ability to handle complex HR inquiries independently
- Strong support and mentoring skills
