Key Responsibilities

- Manage the flow of necessary leave paperwork and handle multiple concurrent leaves
- Document and convey all claim escalations to designated team members
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative work experience
- Comfortable working with and learning new tech systems
- Experience in a remote-first work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track various tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with appropriate care
