Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Build candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and attend recruitment events
- Consult with management to identify qualified applicants and perform compensation analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding principles and practices
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations is preferred
