Key Responsibilities
- Advises on developing and implementing effective employee relations management procedures
- Provides training and coaching to HR teams and leaders to enhance managerial effectiveness
- Conducts internal investigations and ensures compliance with employment regulations
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS required
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in Employee Relations
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience conducting employee relations investigations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
