Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager responsible for leading employee relations practices and processes across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advises on developing and implementing effective employee relations management procedures
  • Provides training and coaching to HR teams and leaders to enhance managerial effectiveness
  • Conducts internal investigations and ensures compliance with employment regulations
Required Qualifications
  • BA or BS required
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in Employee Relations
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience conducting employee relations investigations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
