Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR contact center teams across various support channels to meet service level targets
- Set and monitor performance metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed
- Expand Tier 0 support strategy by enhancing self-service solutions and driving technology improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in a Customer Service Center or Human Resources role required
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
