Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming recruiter needs via a shared team queue, ensuring consistent and timely support
- Proactively identify and engage users showing low utilization or funnel friction using data triggers
- Host coaching sessions to share hiring funnel insights and platform best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a user-facing support, success, or client engagement role
- Preferred background in healthcare, talent acquisition, recruiting tech, or SaaS platforms
- Experience in customer-facing operations or customer success environments
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
