Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter Advocate to support healthcare hiring professionals in achieving their hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming recruiter needs via a shared team queue, ensuring consistent and timely support
• Proactively identify and engage users showing low utilization or funnel friction using data triggers
• Host coaching sessions to share hiring funnel insights and platform best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a user-facing support, success, or client engagement role
• Preferred background in healthcare, talent acquisition, recruiting tech, or SaaS platforms
• Experience in customer-facing operations or customer success environments
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
