A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology Workday Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, focusing on compensation modules
  • Manage end-to-end Workday configuration for compensation modules and annual compensation planning cycles
  • Analyze system processes to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workday, with 4+ years in functional configuration for Compensation & Advanced Compensation
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into system configurations
  • Experience managing a technical team and leading compensation planning initiatives
  • Workday Pro Certification preferred
