Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, focusing on compensation modules
- Manage end-to-end Workday configuration for compensation modules and annual compensation planning cycles
- Analyze system processes to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday, with 4+ years in functional configuration for Compensation & Advanced Compensation
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into system configurations
- Experience managing a technical team and leading compensation planning initiatives
- Workday Pro Certification preferred
