Key Responsibilities
- Implement People Strategy and collaborate with various teams to execute people-related processes
- Educate and advise on talent management, performance improvement, and succession planning
- Drive initiatives to maintain a healthy work culture and consult on employee-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or in client-facing/consulting roles
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred
