- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and payments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
- Certified Benefit Professional (GBP) preferred
- Comfortable working knowledge of accounting functions related to benefit plan budgets
- Experience with evaluating benefit plan documentation and communication strategies
- Ability to analyze complex benefit issues and propose workable solutions
