Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Certified Benefit Professional (GBP) preferred
  • Comfortable working knowledge of accounting functions related to benefit plan budgets
  • Experience with evaluating benefit plan documentation and communication strategies
  • Ability to analyze complex benefit issues and propose workable solutions
