Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding activities
- Oversee leave of absence and ADA management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in ADP system
- Experience working in a high-volume remote contingent workforce
