Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist to lead critical HR projects and ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding activities
• Oversee leave of absence and ADA management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in ADP system
• Experience working in a high-volume remote contingent workforce
