Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to define roles and interview processes
- Source, screen, and engage diverse candidate pipelines using various platforms
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
- Experience hiring for SaaS and tech roles, preferably in a startup environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
