Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software startups or high-growth companies
- Proven success in hiring across various roles, including technical and senior leadership positions
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with a focus on engaging passive candidates
- Experience in fast-paced environments with adaptability to shifting priorities
- Process-oriented and data-driven mindset with experience using ATS tools and recruitment metrics
