Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for 5+ sales positions concurrently
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience
- Facilitate the candidate selection process and ensure alignment with the company's mission and values
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales, GTM, and marketing
- Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office programs
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach
- Extensive background in high-volume recruiting, both in-house and agency
- Proficiency in extending and negotiating complex offers with competitive talent
