Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 5+ sales positions concurrently
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience
• Facilitate the candidate selection process and ensure alignment with the company's mission and values

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales, GTM, and marketing
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office programs
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach
• Extensive background in high-volume recruiting, both in-house and agency
• Proficiency in extending and negotiating complex offers with competitive talent
