Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for improving workplace environments
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, aligning actions with findings
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- 5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
