Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI adoption across the HR ecosystem
• Evangelize AI initiatives within the HR organization and facilitate collaboration between teams
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and prototype solutions to enhance HR processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR tech, digital transformation, product strategy, or AI enablement
• Deep understanding of core HR systems and end-to-end HR processes
• Experience implementing AI solutions, including NLP, ML, and automation tools
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in applying product management principles to HR initiatives
