Oracle HCM Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Time, Absence & Payroll Techno-Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops and advise clients on Oracle Cloud solution adoption
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud module solution and support clients during testing and production phases
• Mentor junior team members and assist with data migration and integration efforts

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS or IT related fields
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM functional configuration and implementation
• SQL and/or Advanced Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree required, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing process improvements and influencing leadership decisions
