Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Talent Experience (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a talent and employee experience roadmap to enable a high-performing workforce
- Build and evolve enterprise-wide talent programs, including executive coaching and leadership pipelines, grounded in data and business priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing enterprise decisions through strategic insights and workforce data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
- Deep knowledge of talent and workforce trends, with experience deploying emerging technologies in HR environments
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability
