- Collaborate with vendors to implement system enhancements and manage execution of system improvements
- Conduct internal audits of Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a high-quality experience and support data governance
- Identify trends from audits and data to suggest process improvements and streamline recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations with a focus on system management
- Advanced skills in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential People data
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently to meet deadlines
- Experience using data and analytics for process improvement opportunities
