Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-cycle GTM recruitment focused on sales roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Provide strategic insights on market trends and talent availability while promoting the company's mission
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3 years in-house for sales, marketing, or customer success roles
- Experience sourcing Enterprise Account Executives within SaaS, Open Source DevTools, or AI
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in high-growth organizations
- Track record of meeting hiring and quality goals
