Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers
- Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing feedback to candidates and mentoring junior TA colleagues
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proven background in in-house recruitment, particularly in the French market
- Experience in an FMCG environment
