Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Compensation to support its Practices and Consult businesses as well as its Core Markets and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute employee compensation strategy and facilitate global compensation program roll-out
  • Consult with HR partners and senior business managers on pay decisions and provide strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate compensation processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation
  • Familiarity with Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and related tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
