Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Compensation to support its Practices and Consult businesses as well as its Core Markets and Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute employee compensation strategy and facilitate global compensation program roll-out
- Consult with HR partners and senior business managers on pay decisions and provide strategic guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate compensation processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation
- Familiarity with Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and related tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
