A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join their People & Places team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and propose strategic improvements to HR processes and workflows
- Act as a subject matter expert, resolving complex HR inquiries and escalations
- Support the HR team with operational tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist role
- Experience in process improvement, system implementation, or workflow automation
- Expertise in an HRIS such as Workday, including system configuration and data audits
- Proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
