Key Responsibilities
  • Synthesize market insights, industry trends, and shareholder feedback to influence executive compensation design and pay practices
  • Ensure compliance with governance practices for executive compensation programs and lead analyses for pay and incentive plan design
  • Collaborate with various teams while adapting to different roles based on project needs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, including 3-5 years in executive compensation
  • Preferred: MBA and/or certification(s) in executive compensation
  • Experience handling highly confidential information
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
