Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in compensation analysis and strategic consultation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics or visualization tools
  • Experience in conducting complex compensation modeling and benchmarking
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
