Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with HR and institutional leaders to provide strategic compensation guidance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in compensation analysis and strategic consultation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics or visualization tools
- Experience in conducting complex compensation modeling and benchmarking
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws
