Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on prescreening and high-volume hiring
- Proven success recruiting for call center or customer service roles (required)
- Mortgage or loan industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to utilize ATS tools effectively
