Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations and Leave Specialist in the Office of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation
  • Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support investigations related to employee misconduct and assist in developing training content
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in employee relations and leave compliance preferred
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
