A company is looking for an Employee Relations and Leave Specialist in the Office of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation
- Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support investigations related to employee misconduct and assist in developing training content
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Two years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in employee relations and leave compliance preferred
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
