Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in human resources or three years of benefits administration experience
  • Three years' experience in benefits and human resources
  • Experience administering employee benefit plans in health and welfare areas
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs
  • May require travel as needed
