Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their manufacturing team in a remote long-term contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Short-Term Incentive Plan, including report generation and data validation
  • Support the Sales Incentive Plan by coordinating plan specifics and payment dates
  • Conduct data analysis and validation for compensation committee and internal audit needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis and administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of short-term incentive and sales incentive plans
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles
  • Experience conducting market research and participating in compensation surveys
