A company is looking for a Sr HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as Systems Administrator for HR technology, enhancing system functionality and addressing issues
- Partners with stakeholders to define needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement initiatives
- Develops and manages business process designs, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, computer sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible HRIS experience
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and complex reporting tools
- Experience with Workday Ecosystems and Payroll configurations
- Prior experience with GL/Finance and EIBs preferred
