Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to join their Total Rewards team within People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and administration of compensation and incentive programs to align with business objectives
  • Advise leadership on internal and external pay recommendations and manage the annual merit and incentive processes
  • Develop transformational strategies and serve as an expert resource for job structure and market data application
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in compensation design and administration
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading enterprise-wide programs
  • Expert-level understanding of market surveys and compensation job structures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with HR-related systems
