Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Compensation to drive its compensation strategy and support talent acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Design and manage variable pay and incentive programs for operations and product teams
  • Oversee the administration of the equity program and advise on workforce planning and talent strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, including 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience building and leading compensation functions in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
  • Proven track record in designing and administering short-term incentive plans and equity programs
  • Expertise in managing compensation for diverse employee populations, including executives and hourly roles
  • Strong knowledge of private company equity and executive compensation trends is a plus
