Key Responsibilities
- Refine total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design and manage variable pay and incentive programs for operations and product teams
- Oversee the administration of the equity program and advise on workforce planning and talent strategy
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience building and leading compensation functions in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
- Proven track record in designing and administering short-term incentive plans and equity programs
- Expertise in managing compensation for diverse employee populations, including executives and hourly roles
- Strong knowledge of private company equity and executive compensation trends is a plus
