A company is looking for a Head of People Business Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of People Business Partners to align with people strategy and business priorities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and employee relations
- Drive initiatives across the Talent Systems cycle, including performance reviews and succession planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven success in partnering with senior leaders in a high-growth tech environment
- Strong knowledge of talent development, workforce planning, and performance management best practices
- Experience in building and scaling talent programs and systems
- Data-fluency to use people metrics for insights and decision-making
