- Negotiate competitive rates and support the Independent Contractor business model
- Manage the recruitment process and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal clients
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
