Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the design, implementation, and improvement of standardized policies and processes for the Accommodations function
- Manages end-to-end case management by engaging in the interactive process with applicants and employees seeking reasonable accommodations
- Coordinates with various stakeholders to resolve issues related to reasonable accommodations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
- One (1) year of experience in high volume, complex case management
- Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations
- Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, especially related to ADA and religious accommodations
