Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers in the Product and Design organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated HRBP for leaders across the Product and Design organizations
- Coach and support managers on team effectiveness, performance management, and leadership growth
- Navigate organizational design and reorganization efforts with clarity and sound judgment
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in tech, product, or design
- Experience in employee relations, change management, and influencing leaders at multiple levels
- Ability to navigate reorganizations and support teams through ambiguity and growth
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and comfortable using data to guide actions
- Reputation for discretion, follow-through, and clear communication
