Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Systems Analyst to enhance its recruiting technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Greenhouse ATS platform, including workflows and system audits
- Oversee system integrations and drive continuous improvements in automation and candidate experience
- Lead the implementation and rollout of recruiting technologies, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major ATS administration, including at least 2 years of Greenhouse experience
- Proven experience in configuring and optimizing recruiting technology stacks
- Functional ownership of integrations between recruiting systems
- Familiarity with the full TA toolchain, including scheduling and automation solutions
- Experience as a primary administrator or lead subject matter expert of multiple recruiting systems
