Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Compliance Specialist (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting HR assessments and providing strategic recommendations
- Assist clients in talent acquisition and retention, including recruitment strategies and onboarding programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policy development, and compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR position
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
- Preferred: 7 to 10 years of HR experience and relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR)
