Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Compliance Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting HR assessments and providing strategic recommendations
  • Assist clients in talent acquisition and retention, including recruitment strategies and onboarding programs
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, HR policy development, and compliance with labor laws


Required Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR position
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
  • Preferred: 7 to 10 years of HR experience and relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR)
