Washington State Leave Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - STD.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicates and administers leave and disability cases in compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations
• Manages both complex and routine leave and disability case management
• Collaborates with organizational policies and procedures for effective case management

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in adjudication and administration of paid leave plans, FMLA, and paid family leave cases
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 4 years of experience in a carrier or self-administered employer environment
