Job Summary
A company is looking for a Prevailing Wage Coordinator to manage prevailing wage compliance for projects in the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise various departments and subcontractors on prevailing wage compliance and audit payroll processes
- Track and process prevailing wage rates, prepare certified payroll reports, and ensure subcontractor compliance
- Conduct site visits, investigate underpayments, and monitor regulatory changes affecting wage determinations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in prevailing wage compliance or a related area
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
