Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source and assess candidates for various positions, particularly in software engineering and sales
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter for technical and business roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Solid understanding of technical role requirements and sales competencies in enterprise and public sector environments
- Experience with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
