Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and determine case resolution approaches
• Apply and interpret criteria and guidelines while assessing benefits and members' needs
• Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or alternative care setting
• Experience in the healthcare and/or managed care industry
• Case management experience preferred
• Current unrestricted RN state licensure
• Case Management Certification/CCM preferred
